Airport transfers

If you wish to order an individual airport transfer please do the following steps:

1/ Create your account on  REGISTRATION bookmark
2/ After creating an account LOG IN  to your user panel and to the list of services. 
3/ Make an order on PAYMENT bookmark and arrange a payment (online or bank transfer).

 AIRPORT TRANSFER

Price: EUR 60,- with VAT Tax/person​​​​

Transfer by car from/to the Okęcie Airport in Warsaw to/from the hotel. Number of passengers between 1-3.

   ARRIVAL Transfer

Our English speaking driver will take you directly to the hotel. He will expect you holding the name card, at the arrival hall of the Warsaw Chopin Airport. Maximum time of waiting for the passanger is 1 hour from plane landing. 

   DEPARTURE Transfer

Our English speaking driver will drive you directly to the Warsaw Chopin Airport. You choose the most convenient pick up place.  Depending of the departure time, we arranging the transfer about 2-2,5hrs before the flight.


 

 RAILWAY STATION TRANSFER

Price:  EUR 30,- with VAT Tax / person 

Transfer by car from/to the Warszawa Centralna / Warsaw Central Station to/from the hotel. Number of passengers between 1-3.

   ARRIVAL Transfer

Our English speaking driver will take you directly to the hotel. He will expect you holding the name card, at the arrival platform of the Warszawa Centralna /  Railway Station.

   DEPARTURE Transfer

Our English speaking driver will drive you directly to the Warszawa Centralna Station / Warsaw Central Station. You choose the most convenient pick up place.  Depending of the departure time, we arranging the transfer about 1-1,5hrs before the train departure.

TRANSFER BOOKING

Full payment is required to confirm reservation of a transfer.

REFUNDS

​​Cancellation of reservation before 7.09.2023 - full payment will be refunded; after 7.09.2023 - no refunds can be made. No show will have the 100% of the reservation as cancellation costs.

INVOICE

Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent to your email address given during registration process. 

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon process of booking). Pro forma invoice is sent automatically.
  • Credit card online (Przelewy24)

CHANGES IN CURRENT RESERVATIONS

For any changes to existing reservations please contact Jordan Congress Bureau by phone: +48 12 341-46-40 or email: barbara.czerw@jordan.pl and quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

CANCELLATIONS

​​​​​Notification of reservation cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Jordan Congress Bureau by email to: barbara.czerw@jordan.pl Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.
